How to find items at the Goodwill to sell on ebay
There are lots and lots and lots of items to sell on ebay at your neighborhood Thrift store. Before you head out to the Thrift store be sure you have done your due diligence on Ebay. What I mean by this is...when you log on to ebay you can take a peek at the what's hot link, to get to this link simply click on the "Sell" tab at the top of the page and scroll down to the What's Hot field, here is will you will find a list of popular search categories. Next to the Category field you should see a drop down field to search for just about any category you have interest in. If you do a search on something you know a lot about for example, the clothes, jewelry or shoes you wear, you can see if those items happen to be on the "What's Hot list. If not, then you may want to try another item.
From my experience, I have found hot items and not so hot items at Thrift stores and I must tell you that just about anything will sell on ebay! I think it's all in the way you set up your descriptions and photos. Make sure you have described your items in detail as much as you possibly can buyers really like that. Also, photos are another major factor the more clear and more photos you have the more impressions and less questions you will get about an item, not saying questions are a bad thing because they give you a chance to talk to a potential customer. (Be very nice and helpful) A good description will 99% of the time give the the advantage in this area. Lastly, make sure you are giving your buyers a decent sell price. There are a variety of ways to sell items on ebay: auctions, buy it now, reserve just to name a few. Buyers want the best price so make sure you can give a good price while still making a good profit. Now go to Ebay do your research then go to your local thrift store, get some items and start selling online.
Be sure to visit my ebay store if you would like to see some examples.
